Poési is a collaboration between two creative minds- Julie, who comes from a background in architecture and an obsession for making and Koeun, who studied industrial design, and loves playing around with color, texture and form. Both became fast friends while in college and loved analyzing all beautiful things together. After graduating from school, the seed was planted and Poesi was born. It took several years of giving the corporate world a try, to realize that they needed to follow the calling of their hearts and their imagination. Thus, Poesi was officially launched in the winter of 2008. The combination of Julie's attention to detail and Koeun's free spirited imagination is the driving force behind Poési.

Each piece of jewelry is lovingly handcrafted by the designers themselves, Julie and Koeun. There are 3 distinct lines: p.s., Poetique and Poesi.

Poetique: Beautiful, intricately made statements, sterling silver,14k gold-fill, 18k and 24k gold vermeil genuine pearls and semi-precious gemstones. Our Bridal Collection falls into this level of quality and craftsmanship.
Poesi: Stunning pieces that breathe new life into the world of fine jewelry. These pieces are crafted from 18k yellow or white gold, precious stones (such as diamonds and sapphires), as well as finely-cut semi-precious stones.
Each gemstone is handpicked to compliment the individual design and natural variations in the stones enhances the uniqueness of each piece.
Care Instructions
Poesi prides itself in using high-quality materials that will stand the test of time with proper care. For p.s. and Poetique, we exclusively use sterling silver and 14/20 gold-fill, which is different than gold-plating because gold-fill is a thick layer of actual gold (1/20th of the wieght), not just a film of electroplating. With reasonable care it will not peel or flake, and should last as long as solid 14k gold jewelry. It is safe for most people with sensitive skin.
Gold jewelry reacts with chlorine. Never take your gold jewelry into a pool or spa. To avoid spraying your jewlery with chemicals, please put jewlery on last, after perfume of hairspray has been applied.
With all silver and gold-fill, it is natural for oxidation (tarnishing) to occur with oxygen contact. To maintain the original shine and luster, store jewelry in air-tight bag. If tarnishing should occur, we strongly recommend using Connoisseurs Polishing Cloth. Please do not use solvents and chemicals, especially with any pearl jewelry. Some designs may be especially delicate, so as with all jewelry, please handle with care.
Giving back
Poesi is commited to giving back to those in need that are unable to help themselves, like orphaned children. 10% of all profits go to the Elijah Foundation, an organization dedicated to the provision of orphanges across Asia. The orphanges supported by the Elijah Foundation have grown from only one in Thailand to currently five in Vietnam and Cambodia.
